Fasting Journal 15: DEXA Scan is booked!
If you've been with me for a while, you'll know I'm eager to get a scan that will tell me how much fat I have and where it's located on my body. For more information on what a DEXA scan is, read all about it here.
The scan is booked for August 21, 2108
In the meantime I'm continuing on with my Time Restricted Feeding experiment and as of today, the addition of a simple, modest exercise routine. Well it's a start!
I'm usually the type that gets really gung ho, goes at it too hard and gets injured. I'm not doing that this time around. Baby steps for me.

Exercise:

25 second wall sit
It's a start!!! I really thought I'd be able to do the wall sit for a whole minute but it looks like I have some work to do!!!

- Getting started with an exercise routine is the hardest part... that first day is tough but keeping it simple makes it do-able. Go for it!
