Fasting Journal 21:  Wrapping up this week

This week I didn't lose any weight but my clothes fit looser.  I trust my clothes more than I trust the number on the scales.  I'm feeling great, energized and ready for the week ahead.

I saw a great poster somewhere on the internet and I want to share it with you.  I've got it printed out and taped to my office wall.  It makes me smile every single day.

OK, let's see what next week has in store as I wrap up this Time Restricted Feeding protocol before I begin a new fasting regime.

Net Carbs: 23g

75% Fat, 21% Protein, 4% Carbs
