Fasting Journal 24: Weigh loss progress chart
I want to share my weight loss chart to show you just what weight loss really looks like. It's not linear at all!!! It's up and it's down and it can be so frustrating! ARG!!!!
But if you look at my start weight back in November it was 162. At my last weigh in, it was 148. That's 14 pounds of solid fat gone from my body. As I've mentioned before, at my heaviest I weighed 198 pounds. That's 50 pounds gone!!! Bye! Bye!
The red dots are the weekly weigh ins and the boxes represent the monthly weigh ins.
You can see what this Time Restricted Feeding has done for me in the last 3 weeks. Look at that dip! Yeah!
I may be a slow loser but the weight is staying off. I can't ever give up and go back and eat the way I used to. EVER.
I can't eat a low fat / high fiber diet. I can't sustain it and it's not healthy for me. I can't go back to being a vegetarian because I personally need to eat animal protein. That's just the way it is.
When you find a way of eating that works for you, even if the weight loss may be slow... don't ever give up. Take your measurements. Get your blood panels done. Monitor your blood sugar and blood pressure. Do what it takes to get into the best shape of your life. Try low carb Time Restricted Feeding and see if it makes a difference in your life.
