"Life in the Fast Lane"

Fasting Journal 28:  Wrapping up

Today is the last day of my Time Restricted Feeding experiment.  It ended with an invitation to attend a local corn roast.  There was corn on the cob, sausages on a bun, burgers and a sweets table (of course).  I chose to have none of it.

I did indulge in some red wine while listening to the live music which was heaps of fun.  I cut the wine with mostly sparkling water but overall it added up to about 3 glasses.  So I guess I wrapped up the experiment on a "high" note!  Bwahaha.

Overall, I've lost 6 solid pounds on this experiment which is awesome.

Inches Lost:
BUST: 1-1/4
WAIST: 1-3/4 (woo hoo!!!!)
HIPS: 1-1/4
THIGHS: 1/4
UPPER ARM: 0
NECK: 1/4

In the next month I will attempt up to three 48 hour fasts per week.  I will continue the time restricted feeding window and make my meals ketogenic.  I'll continue with the daily journal entries.

3 glasses red wine

Protein: 67g
Carbs: 51g
Fiber: 15.4g
Net Carbs: 35.6
Fat: 119g

51% Fat, 13% Protein, 10% Carbs, 26% Alcohol
