Intermittent Fasting Journal 29: A new Beginning
In the next 4 weeks I will experiment with 48 hour water fasting. My goal is to do a minimum of one 48 hour fast and up to three per week.
I'll carry on with keeping track of meals when I do eat and I'll weigh in daily. I'll take measurements again at the end of the experiment.

8 stuffed manzilla olives
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups chicken bone broth
3 tbsp cream cheese
8 walnut halves
2 squares 90% dark chocolate

75% Fat, 19% Protein, 6% Carbs
