Intermittent Fasting Journal 30: Where's this all leading to?
As I continue on this low carb lifestyle, incorporating intermittent fasting, I sometimes wonder what all of this will look like when I reach my goals.
What size clothes will I fit into? Will my skin look older and saggy...especially the "tatas"!! I'm already into a smaller bra size. Will my double chin look like an empty, wrinkly pouch? Or will the promise of autophagy magically take care of all of these concerns? More on autophagy next week.
Will I finally love my body and accept all of its middle-aged imperfections? After years of hating my body, I do hope I've learned to love myself a whole lot more!
What will it feel like to be physically and spiritually lighter? How will people treat me as a slim person? Or is being slim even a possibility for me?
I'm really very curious about it all. So stay tuned as I slowly make my way to "the other side".
