Intermittent Fasting Journal 32: Out of sorts
Today I experienced pain in my left shoulder. I can barely move it. It came on while being exposed to a very cold draft on my back yesterday. I've had that happen before but it usually affects my neck. Anyway, all this to say that it's amazing how out of sorts a person can feel when they're in pain.
I didn't want to fast. I didn't want to eat. I didn't want to do anything except just be quiet and try to get a nap from losing sleep all night from tossing and turning.
I know it will feel better in a few hours. In the meantime, this isn't much of a journal entry but it's all I've got.
Here's to a better day tomorrow.
NOTE: The last couple of days my calories have been a bit low. It's not intentional. As I've mentioned before, I'm not really tracking my food. I just keep a food journal and at the end of the day I add things up to share with you. It just so happens I haven't been that hungry. Hence, less food.
