This is a growing list of radish recipes to use as appetizers or snacks.
Low in carbohydrates, these little morsels are high in flavor and have that crunch factor we all love!
Look for plump, blemish-free radishes. Scrub them lightly, remove the tops and roots. Keep them in cold water in the fridge until ready to use in your favorite recipe. Change the water daily.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 tbsp each minced fresh dill, basil and cilantro or parsley
2 tsp lemon zest
24 radishes, trimmed and halved lengthwise
1 tbsp fleur de sel or coarse sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, fresh herbs and lemon zest until blended. Spoon into a piping bag fitted with a star or leaf tip.
Arrange the radishes on a platter with the cut-side up.
Pipe the filling over each radish, about 1 tsp each. If you don't have a piping bag, just spoon the filling on top.
Sprinkle with the fleur de sel.
